Balsamic Vinaigrette

Robust and flavorful, this balsamic vinaigrette is a basic that should always be on hand. Make it by the pint and store it in the refrigerator. Use it on green salads, roasted vegetables and pasta salads ~ we do! Bring the dressing to room temperature before using as the oil will solidify when chilled.
