Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 teaspoons freshly chopped oregano (or 1 1/4 teaspoons dried)
- 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley (or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried)
Steps:
Put all ingedients into a measuring cup or shaker. Whisk or shake. Done! |
